What Jev Agent Is

Jev Agent is an independent platform built around Jev, the System One model made by TypeSafe AI. Jev answers typed questions — Yes/No, Choice, Score and Noul — with probabilities and a confidence value in a single pass, instead of generating text token by token. This site exists to help developers work out whether that kind of model fits the fast inner loop of their agent, and what it would cost them.

Everything here is written for people who are evaluating Jev before they write code: what the Jev model is, how an agent decision loop is built on it, what browser use looks like when one typed decision picks the next element, how a hybrid Jev + Claude setup splits fast triage from deep reasoning, the API shapes, the published benchmark figures, and pricing with a cost calculator.

What You Get Here

• Guides written for evaluation. Each page walks one decision shape end to end — the loop, the request, the answer — so you can judge the fit before you write code.
• A playground. Eight worked cases show what a Jev answer looks like: the typed result, the probabilities behind it and the confidence value.
• A cost calculator. Put in your own volume, tokens per decision and the LLM price you pay today, and compare it against a Jev Agent plan.
• Plans and token packs. You pay for the input tokens Jev reads; output is free, because Jev returns a typed decision instead of generated text.

How We Source Our Numbers

Performance and price figures on this site come from published sources, and we attribute them on the page where they appear — TypeSafe's own launch post for latency and per-token pricing, and The Rundown AI for the 40–400x cost range. We have not independently benchmarked Jev, and we mark upper-end figures as upper ends rather than as what a typical workload should expect. The cost calculator works from assumptions you can edit, not from measurements of your workload.
